About Dr. Aubrey Escobar
Dr. Aubrey Escobar, DBA, M.Ed., is the founder and CEO of Clairant, a strategic consulting firm specializing in institutional transformation for K-12 education. She is also CEO and President of CLEAR (Center for Leadership Equity and Research), a California 501(c)(3), and Founding Director of The Fulcra Institute, a think tank for institutional plurality research.
Dr. Escobar's doctoral research produced the 360° ROI Framework, with validated correlations (r = .60-.71) across Financial, Achievement, Equity, and Operational dimensions. She is the author of The Connected District (April 2026), The AI Alchemist (June 2026), and The Leadership Gap (October 2026).
Her work is rooted in community-centered education. She founded an adult literacy school in rural Puebla, Mexico, and brings deep experience in bilingual, equity-centered program design to every engagement.
