AI Leadership Workshop Series

AI Leadership Workshop Series

Co-designed with Jerry Almendarez, Creative Futures Collaborative

AI does not just change what leaders do. It changes what institutions require. This workshop series brings together two complementary frameworks: Jerry Almendarez's Five Leadership Shifts and EduVanguard Leadership (who leaders need to become) and Dr. Escobar's 360 ROI Framework and institutional governance architecture (how to know whether it's working). Available as standalone workshops or combined into multi-day institutes.

Co-presented

Leading with AI: From Leadership Clarity to Institutional Integrity

Half-day (3.5 hours)
District leadership teams, cabinet executives, county office leaders · Up to 40 participants

Co-presented by Jerry Almendarez (Creative Futures Collaborative) and Dr. Aubrey Escobar (Clairant)

A co-presented half-day conference for district leaders navigating AI adoption. Leaders explore both the personal leadership shifts this moment demands and the institutional architecture that makes those shifts sustainable.

A2

AI for Women in Educational Leadership

Full-day (6 hours) or Half-day (3.5 hours)
Women education leaders: superintendents, assistant superintendents, directors, principals, aspiring leaders · Up to 50 participants

A workshop designed specifically for women navigating the intersection of AI adoption, institutional leadership, and the structural barriers women leaders face in education. Draws from The Connected District, The AI Alchemist, and The Leadership Gap. This is not a 'women and technology' workshop. It is a leadership workshop that takes seriously the institutional conditions women navigate and asks how AI changes those conditions.

A3

The Forge: AI Stress-Testing for Leadership Teams

90 minutes (standalone) or embedded within a longer program
Any leadership team that has adopted or is considering AI tools · Up to 30 participants

A focused, high-intensity session drawn from The AI Alchemist. Three rapid activities designed to surface what your AI tools are not telling you. This is not a technology training. It is a leadership exercise in institutional accountability.

A4

Ghost Transformation Diagnostic

Half-day (3 hours)
District leadership teams evaluating whether change initiatives are producing real or cosmetic transformation · Up to 30 participants

From The AI Alchemist. Most institutional change efforts produce ghost transformation: the language changes, the org chart changes, the press release goes out, but the underlying conditions remain identical. This workshop teaches leaders to diagnose ghost transformation using the seven-step Nigredo dissolution sequence and the Ghost Triptych framework. Applicable to AI adoption, curriculum reform, equity initiatives, or any major institutional change effort.
